NH BELMONT — Belmont Planning Board approves subdivision and parking lot applications. The Board voted 5-0 to approve a subdivision creating two lots from a 50.55-acre parcel at 255 Ladd Hill Road in the Rural Zone, with conditions including mandatory sewer connection and underground utilities by May 18, 2027. In a separate unanimous vote, the Board granted final approval to an overflow parking lot for Glenn's Truck Service at 1027 Laconia Road, including 13 regulatory waivers and mandatory annual aquifer protection inspections.
Both applications must meet conditions by May 18, 2027.
