NH BELMONT — Belmont Planning Board unanimously approved two applications. The board green-lighted a new pump station and water storage facility for the Sunray Shores Water District, which will replace an existing structure serving the 100-unit subdivision on Elaine Drive. The district reduced planned storage from 40,000 gallons to 21,000 gallons to minimize building footprint and agreed to insulate walls to address noise concerns from nearby residents Lisa and Serge Mueller.
In a second unanimous vote, the board approved a condominium resubdivision at 171 Daniel Webster Highway splitting one commercial unit into two; the building's unit count increases from 12 to 13, with parking confirmed adequate by Town Planner Karen Santoro.
