Planning Board approves conditional uses for multiple contractor yards

NH BELMONT — Belmont Planning Board approves multiple commercial development projects. The Board granted final conditional approval for a motor vehicle towing and storage yard at 194 Gilmanton Road, with a maximum of 30 vehicles stored on site and a 60-day storage limit. Susan Condodemetraky Revocable Trust proposed a maximum of 19 daily trips to the facility, with conditions requiring all vehicle loading to occur on site and no backing onto public roads.

The Board also approved one-year extensions for multiple Rt. 106 Realty Trust properties and a new contractor's yard approval for Kipco Properties, LLC for excavation equipment storage. The Board tabled a residential subdivision proposal to April 27, 2026.
