NH BELMONT — Belmont Planning Board approves contractor yard and vehicle detailing site plans with conditions. The board unanimously granted final approval to Bitsie Properties' contractor's yard for excavation equipment storage on Post Office Road, including a conditional use permit, with requirements to coordinate with the snowmobile club and store equipment on concrete pads. White Oaks, LLC received approval for vehicle washing and detailing services at 52 Higgins Drive, including a 3,500-gallon underground wastewater holding tank with required buoyancy calculations.
The board denied waiver requests for a six-lot residential subdivision on Farrarville Road by Tammy Allard Revocable Trust, continuing the application to July 28 for redesign with more conforming lots and driveways.
