NH BELMONT — Planning Board approves Dunkin subdivision and parking amendment; denies parking waiver. The board unanimously approved final conditional approval for Ktirio Bel, LLC to subdivide the 2-acre property at 223 Daniel Webster Highway into a 1.07-acre Dunkin lot and 1.01-acre vacant pad site. A related site plan amendment to add 12 parking spaces and reconfigure emergency vehicle access also received unanimous approval.
However, the board unanimously denied an applicant waiver to reduce parking spaces from 18 feet to 17.7 feet, with member Jon Pike objecting based on the prevalence of pickup trucks. Conditions precedent are due by April 27, 2027. The board reelected Peter Harris as Chairman and Ward Peterson as Vice Chairman.
