NH BELMONT — Belmont Planning Board approves Dunkin subdivision and expanded parking plan with conditions. The board granted final conditional approval to subdivide the 2.08-acre Route 3 restaurant site and to add 12 parking spaces while reconfiguring emergency access, voting 7 to 0 on both applications. The board unanimously denied a waiver request for 17.7-foot parking spaces, requiring full 18-foot compliance; member Jon Pike noted that 62 percent of New Hampshire vehicles are pickup trucks.
Town Planner Karen Santoro confirmed Fire Department approval of emergency vehicle access through the drive-through lane, with all conditions due by April 27, 2027.
