NH BELMONT — Belmont Planning Board grants final approval for Old State Road self-storage facility. Vice Chairman Ward Peterson and members Michael LeClair, Richard Pickwick, Gary Grant, and Kevin Sturgeon voted unanimously to grant final conditional approval to Route 106 Realty Trust for a self-storage facility on Old State Road, extending development rights to March 24, 2026. The application was originally approved in March 2021 and had been extended twice previously.
