NH BELMONT — Belmont Planning Board continues applications for vehicle wash service and tree trimming. The board, led by Chairman Peter Harris, voted unanimously to continue White Oaks LLC's request to amend its site plan to include a vehicle-wash detailing service at 52 Higgins Drive in the Industrial Zone. The applicant proposes a 3,500-gallon holding tank to contain all runoff, sufficient for washing approximately 60 recreational vehicles before requiring disposal at a wastewater treatment facility.
The board also deferred an Eversource Energy public hearing on tree and brush trimming along scenic Jamestown Road, with both matters scheduled for reconsideration June 23.
