NH BELMONT — Planning Board extends Mountain Lake subdivision through 2026. The board granted an extension of conditional approval to Mountain Lake Village, LLC for an 18-lot open space residential subdivision on Mile Hill Road, extending approval through August 2026. Vice Chairman Ward Peterson moved the extension with unanimous board support.
The project, first approved in 2006 with annual extensions, remains dependent on completion of stormwater review, joint use agreements with Laconia, and other documentation before construction begins. The board also approved a site plan amendment for a 50-by-80-foot steel building at 682 Laconia Road and a boundary line adjustment on Seavey Road, both unanimously, and continued a six-lot subdivision application to September.
