NH BELMONT — Planning Board approves three waivers for Farrarville Road subdivision. Vice Chairman Ward Peterson presided as the board unanimously granted waivers for above-ground utilities, oversized lot lengths, and a shared driveway configuration for the six-lot Tammy Allard Revocable Trust project in the Rural Zone. Town Planner Karen Santoro noted that the utility waiver allows partial above-ground placement to the wetland boundary, with the single entrance design reducing overall wetlands impact.

The application was accepted as complete with no regional impact determination; the board voted unanimously to continue review to October 27, 2025.
