NH BELMONT — Belmont Planning Board rejects contractor yard expansion application as incomplete. The Board unanimously found the Susan Condodemetraky Revocable Trust's application for Site Plan approval at 194 Gilmanton Road, which would expand operations to include towing and temporary storage of repossessed vehicles, lacked required information and was not ready for review. Attorney Ethan Wood and trustees Chris and George Condodemetraky presented the application; Town Planner Karen Santoro cited a history of fire at the property and missing site-plan details.
The Board granted three waivers for the expansion but denied four others, citing the need for more information and Fire Department feedback before proceeding.
