NH BELMONT — Zoning board approves ADU with septic requirement; defers Bonsignore. The Belmont Zoning Board of Adjustment unanimously approved a special exception allowing Irina Kylov to convert a basement into an accessory dwelling unit at 36 Juniper Drive, with conditions: a septic design plan approved by the state for four bedrooms and owner residency in either the main or accessory unit. The one-bedroom unit is limited to two bedrooms maximum.
