NH BELMONT — Belmont zoning board approves campground variances; Belmont Landing withdraws residential conversion. The board unanimously granted two setback variances to Nicolas Bowden for his Minor Circle campsite, allowing a park model 6 feet from an internal park road (15 feet required) and an 8-by-10-foot shed 1.5 feet from the front setback (50 feet required). Attorney William Philpot withdrew Belmont Landing LLC's application for second-floor residential apartments at 171 Daniel Webster Highway, noting that House Bill 631, effective July 1, permits residential use in commercial zones without variance relief.
