NH BELMONT — Zoning Board approves four residential variances in lakeshore applications. Chairman Peter Harris and the four-member board unanimously granted variance relief for the Dubin property at 156 Gardners Grove, Trethewey's park model trailer at 21 Dolphin Drive, Walker's lakefront home replacement at 116 Tucker Shore Road, and Grant's addition at 30 Bayview Drive. The board also unanimously rejected a proposal from Nawaz Azam of Forest Stone, LLC, to subdivide 114 Ladd Hill Road into 10 lots, with public comment citing traffic hazards and drainage concerns on the subsurface-water-rich hillside.
