NH BELMONT — Belmont Zoning Board approves variances for two residential developments. Vice Chairman Mark Mastenbrook and the four-member board unanimously granted a front-setback variance for Brenda Walker to place a manufactured home at 22 Sleepy Hollow Lane at 21.7 feet instead of the required 50 feet, despite a neighbor's objection that the property had room to meet code. The board also unanimously approved three variances for a new single-family home at 43 Breck Shore Road by applicant Shawn Houde and owner Clayton Dunn, including front-setback, wetland-setback, and non-conforming-use relief.
