The Belmont Zoning Board of Adjustment unanimously approved two variances for Sunray Shores Water District to place its pump and storage building closer to the front property line than required. Revision Energy's proposal to install a commercial solar farm on 6 acres was tabled after multiple abutters raised environmental and property concerns at a public hearing; the board will revisit the application April 23.
