NH BELMONT — Zoning Board unanimously denies appeal of site plan review requirement for auto repair facility. The property at 14 Wareing Road had operated as AC Auto Sales until owner A. Carista's October 2019 death, with the State of New Hampshire business filing expiring in 2020.
Vice Chairman John Froumy's motion cited the lapsed state filings, six-year use interruption, and the town's authority to require site plan review for resuming operations in the Aquifer Protection Zone.
