NH BELMONT — Belmont Zoning Board approves variances for porch and park model projects. Vice Chairman Mark Mastenbrook led the board with members Dana Silcock, Susan Bouthiette, and Dennis Grimes present; Chairman Peter Harris was absent. The board unanimously approved three setback variances for Jeffrey and Heather Deardorff to construct a covered porch and front entry at their Rodin Road property in the Residential Single Zone.
The board also approved one variance for John and Cynthia Cushman to replace a travel trailer with a 31-foot park model at 3 Sparrow Drive.
